The Religion Appearance

As a branch of Anglican Church Methodism appeared in 1720th in Oxford and the one who founded that branch was John Wesley. Till his death he was passionate church "guard". The Methodists were annoyed and discontent with inactivity and awkwardness of the Anglican Church, and were in despair of existed social activity, preachment to the poor and prisoners. They commenced organizing their own gatherings and movements to propagate the gospels all over England separated on preach district. In 1744 first conference on Methodism took place. And notwithstanding the fact that their doctrinal statement ran in contradiction with official religion and they were taken for fanatics they still did not dare to an open split. But separate church of Britain was formed right after Wesley's death in 1795, and by the end of that century divided into many independent currents. Methodists were not tightly bound with the Anglican Church with hierarchy links thus they put forward a new wave of "Renaissance" which afterwards caused formation of many other separate dominations. The first independent Methodist Church which we know today was found in the USA in 1784. The Wesley's followers were Arminians and the followers of his brother-in-arms Whitefield - Calvinists (or Huguenots).
Today we can observe a great many branch of the Methodist doctrine split in different independent Churches, in Anglo-Saxon countries that church has more powerful influence since Methodism is considered to be main branch yet at the same time there are more than five different splits of it in every country. All of them greatly vary in the form of ruling, ideology and practices.
